Job Description: We are looking to hire a Swedish speaking consultant for part time employment (average 20-30 hours a week). This position will be based in our Provo, Utah office. This consultant will provide support to members of our ever-growing International community of customers. Flexible shifts in the early morning from 2am-noon, Monday thru Friday. Pay is $12-13 hour including a language proficiency bonus. Key Responsibilities / Performance Requirements: Consultants handle a variety of customer contacts, mostly through email, but also chat and phone support members in the U.K., Canada, and Sweden. They will also respond to member account and basic technical needs via email.
