Customer service agents receive inbound contact from our members by phone and email. They also solve basic technical support questions providing world-class customer service. This position pays $11 per hour plus an additional premium for proficiency in speaking and writing in Swedish. A competency test will be give as part of the interview and selection process. Hours are full-time, 2 am to 10 am with two scheduled days off per week. We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who can get excited about leading others by example and making a difference.
